Please read all our terms and conditions in full as these form the basis of our sales agreement with you (the customer). By purchasing a model from us you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms.
The law applicable to this agreement shall be English Law.
Product Information
The items for sale on our site are suitable for model enthusiasts and collectors. They are relatively fragile and contain many parts some of which are very small. Please note they are not toys and are unsuitable for children.
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions in the form of written information and photographic images. Measurements stated are approximate usually to the nearest centimetre. The reproduction of colours in our photographs is as accurate as technology will permit, but does not preclude slight colour variations between the image and the actual model. Please note variations in colours can occur as a result of different calibration, quality and settings of individual screens.
Availability
Our models can be supplied to addresses throughout the UK and worldwide to countries where PayPal is available. All our models are built individually and are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that the model you have chosen is unavailable we will contact you as soon as possible and if payment has already been made we will send you a full refund.
Prices
Our listed prices are fully inclusive of postage and packing (see postage section below for details of postage methods). For avoidance of doubt free postage in terms of this agreement means we will pay the cost of postage once only to send the order to the customer's address (see also returned parcels section below.)
Please note overseas customers who live outside the EU (European Union) may need to pay customs and excise duties and charges on their parcel when it enters their country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. These costs vary between countries so customers should contact their country's customs office for more details of charges that may apply.
Payment
Payment for all models purchased directly from the Website will be made by PayPal. UK buyers can order via email and pay by cheque or postal order. Click here for more information about how to buy a model from us.
Models will be despatched once payment has cleared. Cheques & postal orders will be banked on receipt for security reasons.
Packing
Your model will be packed carefully using appropriate packing material, double boxed and sent by registered, insured mail. However these models are fragile and despite our careful packing occasionally some parts may become dislodged in transit. Buyers should be prepared to undertake small repairs themselves.
Postage
We aim to post orders within 5 working days of receipt of cleared payment. UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day) or Parcelforce. Orders sent to the rest of the world will be posted by Royal Mail International Signed For (small packets) or Parcelforce.
We will notify customers by email when we have posted orders, indicating an expected delivery date. Customers should contact us by email if they do not receive an order by the expected delivery date so that we can investigate the progress of the parcel.
Models paid for through PayPal will be posted to the address on the PayPal account only. Models paid for by cheque or postal order (UK customers only) will be posted to the delivery address advised by the customer.
Returned Parcels
Once we have posted the parcel it will be the customer's responsibility to take all reasonable steps to ensure that delivery is facilitated.
If a parcel is returned to us undelivered we will notify the customer.
If we have made an error in the original posting we will either re-post the item to the customer free of charge or provide a full refund according to the wishes of the customer.
Where the customer has not taken all reasonable steps to facilitate delivery then the customer will be responsble for any customs charges that may be incurred by us on the parcel's return, and for the cost of any subsequent postage. At the customer's request we will post the parcel to the customer for a second time following receipt of cleared funds from the customer to pay for postage and reimbursement of any customs' fees. Alternatively we will retain the parcel and issue the customer with a refund of the purchase price less our original postage costs and any customs charges.
Cancelling Your Order
You have the right to cancel your order providing you notify us of this within 7 working days of receipt of the model. If you wish to exercise this right prior to dispatch of the model please contact us by email. Click here for our email address. If your model has already been dispatched by us or received by you, you should follow our returns policy detailed below.
Returns Policy
- Contact us by email within 7 working days from the day you receive your model for instructions BEFORE returning the model. Click here for our email address.
- The model must be returned in the condition it was received in, well packed using its original packaging or equivalent in terms of quality & quantity.
- Models should be returned using registered / tracked mail and be insured against loss or damage for the full purchase price. You should retain proof of posting as claims for lost or damaged returns without proof of posting or the appropriate insurance will not be accepted.
- For models being returned from overseas countries outside of the EU the customs declaration must state 'returned goods, country of origin UK' otherwise there may be customs charges which will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be the purchase price of the model minus any customs charges incurred on return. We are unable to refund the cost of your return postage or any customs charges you may have paid.
- We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible following return of the model to us.
Liability Disclaimer
Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by us to the customer. We shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
Data Protection & Privacy
We will hold a record of information provided by you when you make a purchase. This information may include name, address, delivery address, telephone number and email address. Our records will also include the item(s) you have purchased. We use this information solely for operational purposes ie processing your order, dealing with your queries, tracking deliveries and our own marketing.
Please note we do not have access to or hold banking, debit or credit card details as payments are made through PayPal's secure website.
We do not disclose this information to other companies. All personal data is held securely and in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.

Every effort is made to ensure that this website is free from viruses and defects however, this cannot be guaranteed. We shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
